Designed to fit on a central service counter, to be loaded from the rear and served from the front. The Vizu pass through showcase offers visual display whilst holding cooked foods at the correct temperature and high relative humidity, which is essential to retain the inherent moisture in such products as chicken, meat and bread/pastry products etc. With models available to hold either 4 gastronorm pans, with individual clear lift-up flaps to each pan.

• Variable digital thermostat control with illuminated interior.
• Option for bottle fed or permanent connection to standard water supply.
• Automatic filling of water tray.
