Premier Pancake Cart
PRODCUCT CODE:This was a top of the range fully mobile all stainless steel cart packed full of features.
The main cart body housed a fridge, a freezer, ambient storage and a sink unit complete with water & waste, all of which are lockable. The countertop had cut outs to inset two crepe griddles, utensils and batter dispenser. It also has a swing up shelf on the side of the unit.
The cart canopy is illuminated, with illuminated menu boxes under and lockable roller shutters to both the front & rear for security when the cart is not in use. There are full height perspex screens to the sides, and a lowl level perspex guard rail to the front.
