Junior Common Room
The brief was to design and install a completely new quick service restaurant in some unused space in the corner of the Junior Common Room.
The Front Counter
The front counter has three till stations to enable a large volume of students to be served quickly which is essential for peak times.
Front Counter Rear View
In order to use the space as efficiently as possible, a Fast Serve 600 System drinks unit was installed under the front counter.

The Fast Serve 600 System rear service counter was designed for bulk storage to aid rapid customer turn around time.

The Cookline
The small but highly efficient cookline has been designed with future expansion in mind.

The cookline also include a conveyor pizza oven for quick production of pizzas made to order.
